This is the second time I used Jason’s service. He always responded to me promptly and watched the interest rates very closely to insure that I could get the best rate.
At closing, I was shocked when the title company said that there was nothing for me to sign because my name was not on the title. Our attorney told us that he could fix it after closing. I texted Jason right away. Jason did not know that my name was removed at the last minute. He told me that the attorney didn’t think that I should be on the title since the mortgage was solely on my husband. Jason worked diligently behind the scene. After our attorney went over the closing documents with my husband, the lady from the title company told us that our lender demanded them to put me on the title, so there were some additional papers to sign.
I was amazed that Jason took my concerns very seriously and fixed my issues in a timely matter. I greatly appreciate his service and would recommend him to anyone who needs a loan.
