Do not do business with this financial institution. They are predatory and offer you financial products to try to catch you in a loophole and then destroy your credit. Avoid if at all possible!

Was locating for a local bank. But they want you to bank around there time and not around your own. So I guess they are not a good fit to bank with. And it was a waste of taking part of the work day off to try and open a saving’s account thru.
And there response had no follow up. Saying there digital way to sign up. No I had questions and they where not being answered online if have to do all or most of my banking digitally I can keep my out of state bank. Local bank should be local not mostly digital.. Zero Stars

Had the worse loan application process ever. After they learned it was for a motor cycle, they did not value my business or time. I kept getting a run around about my loan. I went to another bank where my business and time was valued. I suggest to stay away from this credit union.
Edit. This was a one star review, now gets a 4. Only gets a 4 because of what I had to go though at first. After leaving the one star review the credit union called. I explained to a manager what happened, the manager apologized for what happened and correct everything. I currently have my motor cycle loan with DuPage CU.

Agree with other comments on here; This is a waste of time as a local bank.
They won't even handle your cash. They hardly staff anybody, and frankly, there are really really weak local non-option

I have been a customer for 3 years and love working with them. I love their low rates!!! I have great credit yet still no one else has been able to match the rates I have gotten from DuPage Credit Union! I am 48 years old and have gone through the process of buying houses and cars many times over, but have never had it be as smooth a process as it was with them. Over the years, my husband and I have financed our home and 3 cars with them. Each time the process was pleasant and the paperwork was always ready and waiting for us when we showed up to sign. I have never had any issues or problems when I've called or gone into the lobby. I have always had a pleasant experience when dealing with the employees at this location AND at the other locations too. I will continue to do business with them for as long as I am a resident of DuPage! I love knowing that they have saved me thousands of dollars by giving me the lowest rates! Most people probably don't realize how much they save by getting low rates, but I'm an Accountant and see it in black and white when I do my comparative analysis spreadsheets. So...all I have to say to DuPage Credit Union is - THANKS!

I've been a customer for over 2 years with good credit 700 and little debt 11000 in credit card. I applied for a personal loan and was denied because I don't own a home. I've been at my job for 12years making good money with no late payments. Not only did they deny me they said they couldn't loan me anything and asked me to try another banking institution. Guess I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Everything is nice and fine but their banking is over complicated and nothing works whatever they say. What used to work easily is now chargeable. And what they want is complicated and frustrating as hell. These are exactly the reasons when I feel like leaving and moving out immediately when the smooth process is disrupted. It's annoying!
