To be honest, I really don't understand why their Google rating is below 4 and 1/2 stars. They were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. The office is immaculately clean and welcoming. My phone was dying and I needed to pull up my auto insurance card. Daniel, the supervisor, even searched for a compatible phone charger. They plugged it in for me and enabled me to charge my phone to get the information that I needed. Additionally, there was a snag with my type of insurance. They allowed me the time to call the insurance company and get it ironed out and still move forward with the loan process. As far as loan funding, I was blown away. I signed the documentation electronically at approximately 4:00 p.m. and by 9:30 a.m. the following day, the entire funds were in my account. I would not recommend anyone else. Please give them an opportunity, you will not be disappointed

Misleading.. and staff have really bad attitudes. All I tried to do was set up an online account and it's been over a month now since trying to get somebody to call me back regarding this issue. Also the manager told me that she was going to change my due date... Did not do so, and then they're calling me harassing me 4 times a day for 5 days straight, even though it wasn't supposed to be my due date yet. even if it was how are you going to call somebody four times a day after they missed a payment and then continue to do so for 5 days straight during work hours.
I wish I would have looked at this place up before going to them for my car loan as I see now they get 1. 5 stars or less at most places. And all of people's complaints are the same issues I am having.
and not to mention I have a phone call recording of the manager yelling at me over the phone, mainly because she made a mistake and can't own up to it she specifically told me that she does not do that..
I'm sorry but everybody makes mistakes and for you to have gotten that worked up about it and start yelling at your customer I don't think is very appropriate. And telling me that you accommodated me that I should be grateful.. you did your job that you get paid for so....

I was approved for a $10k personal loan. After they ran my credit I was called and told I need to provide collateral and ONLY a car title would work. This needs to be made known up front before lowering customers credit scores. She didn't even tell me her name when she called me. I said this was to help pay down, NOT OFF my car. She gave me some line about auto financing and this and that which isn't at all why I applied. Yeah no thanks.

The Rep was time sensitive and definitely kept me updated and executed the Loan without having to apologize for any discrepancies. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I have dealt with One Main for YEARS and evey time i go there they are curtious and very helpful and get me exactly what i need..Id deal with these guys anytime and day just ask for Kati she is awesome......
