I have banked here since 1991 when it was JSB they have always been courtious and efficient. Very friendly staff. Very satisfied with this bank. Quick to respond when you need them as well. I give them 5 stars .

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Make sure you read the fine print on ID theft and fraud. They will not help you and you will NOT get your money back.

I've banked here for over 25 years when it was JSB. CNB takes over and raises the minimum balances on all the accounts and wants to service charge you to death. Their online banking isn't as good either.

I will no longer do business with this bank. Worst banking experience ever. And now they have updated online banking and we can't even get the banking app to work, So now it's find an ATM or drive to the bank. Thanks for nothing CNB, Just couldn't leave a good thing alone.
