Just Because I am unable to give you a ZERO!! Was there Tuesday 11-2023 11 AM & I probably waited almost an hour for the transition to be completed. Therefore the teller and her new curly hair style just kept talking to Mary Ferris and she knew I was waiting on her. I even asked and she said that the transaction was almost complete. I stood outside for 40 minutes. I have RSD in my left leg or I would of walked home. PTSD is off the Charts because of this Visit
I never seen anything like this in my life and I was born in Galesburg Illinois. Please don't Even open an account at this bank 🏦 unless you want " STRESS" ! Thank you again teller with the " new curly hair style" as you have ruined my day and week and maybe my LIFE!! I Shall Boycott you but it's not possible but hopefully everyone will see this and think twice before using this facility.

Overpaid a business acquaintance and he wrote me a personal check. Stopped in there with ID to cash it. They required a sheet of personal information that was not necessary to cash a check. Refused to cash the check without the info when an ID should have been adequate, especially since the acquaintance had an extensive business account with them. Very glad I don’t bank here nor will I ever again. And before you respond that other banks require the same, no they don’t. Inconvenience and an invasion of privacy. May be legal but not ethical.
