But I am BEGGING cornerstone to modernize the website and Mobil banking app. They are both nearly unusable and wholly unreliable.

I had a DirectExpress card from social security and I was getting a loan from them so Jason made me get a direct deposit or I wouldn’t be able to get the loan I’ve had direct express sence 2012 no problems all these years now with cornerstone bank I can’t even pay my phone it was turned off at midnight now cornerstone bank bank card won’t let me pay it. I’m handy cap in a wheelchair can’t walk if something would happen I couldn’t push for help all because I needed this loan to fix my floor it falling in. Jason that gave me the loan said I would be able to pay my bills right away with this bank card. I feel he decepted me. That’s bad business be very careful if you get social security direct deposit with them I’m telling you from experience

Never no problem with them. I have been with them for a while and I always was treated accordingly. If I have a question someone would get back to me if if I couldn't get to the person I needed at the time. I've dealt with Jason, Tana, Scott and Lisa. All have been helpful. And the tellers and front desk ladies also.

Have banked here a long time. Sad to see so many negative reviews I can’t imagine it’s totally the banks fault. I have always had great service and been worked with even if it was by email from another branch. I think it’s simple don’t F&@$ with them and they won’t F&@$ with you.

They sued me because Laurie was to lazy to do her job. I wrecked a few years ago and had GAP insurance, all the proper documentation to prove it, and instead of going after the GAP insurance for not paying out, they sued me without warning. In the end, my GAP paid cornerstone off, and cornerstone made me pay off the court costs. The kicker? Every piece of evidence I brought in to CCU to rectify the situation they already had copies of. Laurie wasn't willing to work with me resolving the issue or give any helpful information to go about resolving it. She was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout the entire ordeal. I would call and leave voicemails and never received a call back. They would route my calls through multiple departments and hang up. They would sometimes just flat out hang up on me as I asked questions about my problem. I will never bank here, and I do not suggest anyone else ever does either!!
This all happened RIGHT before a deployment with the US military as well, and I made sure CCU and Lauri knew that I was trying to fix the situation but my training schedule was making it difficult. They didn't and don't care about customers or customer service. They are all talk and no walk!!

They reset the password so frequently where I can’t even remember which password I’m using to the point where if I try to put in what I think the password is, then I’m almost immediately locked out and forced to call them to reset it. Everything’s a massive waste of time and hassle just to access my account.
