We worked with Eric Stalter at Fisher National Bank on 2 PPP Loans, after being rejected from 2 different banks. We had successful, quick funding of each loan as well as full forgiveness. He made the process easy! He was quick to respond to any emails or calls, and very knowledgeable about the ever changing processes re: PPP Loans & Forgiveness! Thanks Eric! Thanks Fisher National!!

I always appreciate the friendly faces and helpful customer service I receive at FNB. I can call in with a question or request, go through the drive up window, or go into the lobby and I always receive the same great customer service. Thank you FNB!

Poor customer service - while previously banking with FNB out of Mahomet I would at times have my checking account fall $1-2 negative. FNB out of Mahomet never charged me an overdraft fee for negative balances less than $5. I later moved to Busey bank due to relocation and Busey had the same policy. No overdraft fee on negative balances less than $5. Today, I had found that I was charged a $30 overdraft fee on a $2.97 negative balance which I could have easily corrected by transferring money from my FNB savings account if I had known within the correct amount of time. I called the branch and spoke with Amy who said she believe any negative balance no matter the limit would default in an overdraft fee but she needed clarification. She then transferred me to a Gretchen at a separate FNB who stated she would call up to the Fisher bank and request the overdraft to be refunded because at her branch SHE DOES NOT CHARGE FOR LESS THAN A $5 NEGATIVE BALANCE. So if this is the same Bank, why are different branches operating by different policies? Seems as if Fisher is really taking advantage of their customers - especially over a couple of dollars. Amy then calls me back from the Fisher branch to tell me she did not mean to transfer me to the other branch and that she would refund the overdraft fee as "a courtesy" but for future reference any overdraft - even a PENNY - will result in a $30 overdraft charge. For a small town bank that is supposed to be apart of the community, that just seems absolutely criminal. As a young mother often struggling to have enough money to support my kids? THIS BRANCH IS JUST CRIMINAL. Before she could finish her sentence I was sure to let her know I will be pulling all of my money from savings, closing my accounts and switching banks. Fisher, you're doing a great job of robbing your customers.
