I received a call today from a guy named Francisco, I explained to him that I had previously spoken to a black gentleman and had everything set up and that I was sorry I could not remember his name. I also told him that he said he would note my account, Francisco proceeded to tell me they don’t read the notes that he is there to make calls. Then he proceeded to tell me that there was no need to make a race remark and hung up. Seriously? There were no race remarks made. I simply stated a fact so he would understand and quit calling me. I like the company and have never had an issue with the service, till today. Francisco knows where he can go.

They lie to you and get away with it but they record you when you talk to them. Well my husband and I are fed up. Talking to them is a joke. One person says this is allowed and the next person says its not and they lied to you and then the other person says yes we can. Im so livid. So they took out the payment anyway when they weren't suppose to so now we pay because someone said that they could cancel the payment that we never agreed to pay on this day. Just to talk to someone else today to hear that person lied to us. So it's ok for your worker's to lie to their customers like that. This isn't the first time we've been lied to on different scenerios. on top of it they hung up on us. What a great way to help your customers! Once this car payment is paid off we will never go through nationwide again and we will make sure that everyone we know doesn't either. They said they will call us back when they find the ok recording. But I've been there before and they wont call back. They never do. They only care about your money. They don't care about your concerns and they don't even try to make it better. Then they wanna act mean on the phone like it's our fault that we were lied to. Im just so angry and upset. No company should make their customers feel this way.

This company is consistently rude and does not provide any good customer service at all...I asked the other day “your recorder was that your calls are monitored to better the quality of customer service, why are you guys consistently rude all the time” and per usual the rep started yelling acting belligerent...and stated that’s my opinion...I am like I am the customer...somebody needs to blow up this entire management staff and training...it’s like ignorant ghetto people who do not possess a high school diploma act crazy on the phone...
I just want someone who had common since to answer the phone...doesn’t matter what my issue is or what’s going on...I would never ever get a loan from them I don’t care how desperate you are

My comment is no different than the ones below please stay away from this money hungry scamming company they will harass you calling your phone 8-10 times a day making threats,when asked to speak to a manager They will hang up on you then claim to be a manager customer service is absolutely horrible these people are liars, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional Andy name is mentioned in serveral negative comments the way he talks to people is unacceptable..

Raul, the manager was very rude to me this morning. He told me that I couldn't just call and make payments whenever I felt like it and REFUSED to take my payment. Like what business REFUSES to take a customer's payment that is trying to pay. He also said that they are running a business and to call back when I had the money and hung up on me. So I immediately called back and talked to Tasha, another manager and she did exactly what I needed to do. I have 4 payments left until my non-working Jeep is paid off. She took my payment for March and schedule the half payment for April for two weeks. Thanks Tasha for actively listening to me and understanding my situation. You rock honey!!! Fire Raul!
