This is the worst place to work for they will write you up and not even give you your three warnings. They expect you to work no matter if you’re sick or even dying and if you have a family member die they don’t care they want you at work the same day. If you want a job that you like do not work here, not worth the amount of stress and conflict you will experience

In the end I worked at LSI for 16 months. Typical fast paced call center chop shop. Call after call. You get two 15 min breaks. If you need to use the restroom and not on your break you are penalized for getting up to go. Felt like I was back in grade school. Typical favoritism and although PTO is great be prepared to use all your PTO to take off any holiday since every holiday EXCEPT Christmas Day is one you work. If you love B2B calls and having to lie saying you work for every single credit union as well as being treated like you're back in grade school than this is the place to be. Tried to give proper notice when I found another job but they asked me to leave early which makes me ineligible for rehire. Don't make the mistake of thinking they're your friend.

This place is unsecured with sensitive information. I was soon a victim of fraud after giving my information for a loan. This place is a 24 hour service for other financial institutions. I am constantly a victim of financial fraud now giving my info to them. Shame on my credit union for trusting an outside source with my info. So mad what a scam!! Never had this problem with my bank.

Best job I have ever had. Gave me the opportunity to make a career out of what I was expecting to be a temporary thing. Training is amazing as well as the benefits and bonus program! I recommend applying if you are looking for a company that cares about you and your career goals.

Working for LSI for over a year now and I have no complaints. Since I began here LSI has taught me the basics of finance and bank/credit union operations. Our Leads and Admin encourage each of us to continue to advance our skills or even gain new ones should any of us desire to do so.
For anyone interested in a career opportunity in the field of finance I cannot think of a better suggestions than working for this company.
