Ever since Covid started the banks switched to a calling system it frustrates me to not be able to talk to the people at my branch until after I’ve been transferred from some call-center asking me all the same questions that the bank personnel are going to ask. On a Saturday you can’t get a hold of anyone at the bank unless you physically drive to the bank their answering service is not available very inconvenient I’ll be moving my Business to another bank.

I really like the canton I’ll branch but they seem to go through a lot of employees. Seems every time I go inside there is a new face. The ATM goes down a lot . Then when you have to get money from another banks ATM they charge you 3 dollars . I feel this is wrong since it is there machine not working.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Whenever we have a question about anything they are happy to answer and always with a smile. We wouldn't have our accounts any place else.

Horrible experience! Waited three minutes and 15 seconds just to talk to a human, then I had a terrible experience with her. She was very rude and short with me. I then asked to talk to the bank president and was refused. Never again!
