Wow. I am shocked by the reviews! We used Triad for financing our mobile home in Colorado and they’ve been so wonderful and easy to use. Customer service so far has been incredible. Was helped immensely by Brittany Littlejohn (not sure if I spelled that correctly) and just had to leave a review because of it.
We were approved quickly, had help getting everything we needed. The wait time on a Thursday at 11am (Colorado time) was less than 30 seconds. Brittany helped us getting all the paperwork needed to sell, get our title request submitted, was just so kind and articulate to deal with. I hate phone calls, especially service related ones, but Brittany made is an easy experience. It was like talking with a friend.
If you are considering Triad for financing, don’t be hesitant. They’ve had a great experience with them and they just do such a good job.

Absolutely the worse company I've ever seen. I sold my home and my broker used Triad to do the finance work. Besides requesting item after item. Employees went away and no one picked up the paperwork and continued processing it. Then were short handed, then they are swamped. Then they need more things from my buyer. Mean while it's going on six weeks and still no closing papers.

Bought from them, sent me in circle when I tried to pay my last payment which went late because they sent me in circles. Sold it to someone now using them. They lost the paperwork, then found it thankfully since there was a title in it. An overnight took 2 weeks basically after being lost and overnighted twice. Talk about crazy. Told I was dumb for asking how to fill wire transfer out (denied 3 times before they called us). Then was ignored and sent to voicemail after I filled it out "correctly". Sent again so wish us luck. They like the run around game.

I’m a real estate agent and working with Triad ( 19 Heritage Dr.
Bourbonnais, IL) was a nightmare for all parties involved. I see why there are so many complaints. The agents are rude and condescending. Elizabeth Chapman NMLS #18304 sent me a checklist of documents the buyer needed like paystubs acting like it was my job to collect this private financial info from the buyer so they could get a loan and asked me why I was even involved? Then “closing day” we emailed all documents and asked to confirm everything was good after Reviewing our clients docs and said we are good to go and the funder would review and the loan would be funded within 2-3 business days. 8 days later we get an email from a funder stating they don’t have all the documents needed. The funder was Ginger Searle NMLS #18304 and she was even more rude and unhelpful than anyone else. Ginger told me she was going to focus on the files that had everything in correctly and she would get to this when she got to it. Even though they didn’t collect the correct documents to approve the funding from the buyer. It was a complete mess and I will NEVER recommend them to any of my clients. They made what should have been a joyful experience for the buyer and seller into a nightmare.
I will say Misti Krause NMLS #18304 from Triad was extremely professional and kind and was the only reason this file went through when she stepped in to help. Hopefully they hire more people like her.

Well the people I have been speaking to about my account they are rude and don't not have customer service skills at all. But there is one Michael Neal he really knows who to communicate and not confuse information about my account this company needes to be on one accord they can learn a lot from Michael N he is the only reason I'm giving a review for the first time. And thanks Fawn

Since getting our loan over 2 years ago, things have changed so much including several very expensive health issues, and lately we've been struggling to make ends meet. They've been great, I've worked very closely with Frank C. in trying to stay on track and reaching out for help when we just can't make a payment. He's been so kind to us, even offering advice for getting us caught up. I would highly reccomend this mortgage company, they're firm, but also want to see you succeed rather then fail. They remember the families not just the numbers.

Frank Coleman is the representative over my account. He goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best quality service. I was having a really bad time financially, and he found a way to make arrangements, assured me that things will be OK as long as I stick to the plan. He is also a very calm person to deal with. There have been times where I have called companies and the representative on the other end was nasty and rude! I have never gotten that from dealing with triad. Thanks Frank and they need more account representatives like you!

Terrible! Wish I could give 0 stars. This company should be shut down. Very slow to respond to messages, if they even do respond back at all. I asked if they could send a financial company copies of service agreement by email and was told 3 days in a row that they would and did but they never did. I also asked to have a copy of the email sent to me but never received a copy. Which tells me they didn't send it in the first place. Stay away from this place! It is bad news!
