I’ve banked here for over 10 years! From the tellers to the drive thru to the loan department everyone does an amazing job with a smile on their face! Got a motorcycle loan processed by Kerri and it was so easy and fast!

I have been a member for several years and today I withdrew all funds and closed my accounts due to the rude behavior and potentially illegal activity of Rolf Richardson to a family member of mine.
Rae Ann Love CEO of this credit union was to busy to discuss the issue. Unfortunate, and quite frankly disgusting, that a member owned bank would have such poor customer service and disrespect to its members.

I was in a time crunch to get a car due to an accident that totaled my old car and needed a loan with a good rate quickly. The website for submitting auto loan documents is very easy to use and sure enough they called me the next day to talk through it. I secured my car within a couple of days and needed to complete the loan process. I knew I was going to be a late customer and my original loan officer was off for this day. Kerri was the loan officer at the credit union this day and she really stepped up to the plate and stayed past banking hours to complete my loan and did it with a smile on her face. Very personable service and I also got a fantastic rate that a dealer couldn't beat. WOW, I highly recommend if you need a car to make this your first stop to get prequalified for an auto loan.

Very annoyed with CCU. I have 2 mortgages through them due to their local market & interest rates. The lender was decent to work with, but everything else has been a major failure. Their online banking is Sub-par from any other financial institute I've used.
1. Nowhere on the website or app can you get your account number. You must have a checkbook, or the original paperwork. (Good luck setting up any online payments without that account number)
2. You cannot make mortgage payments from outside accounts. I wanted to pay my CCU mortgage from my other bank. Nope, now allowed. They told me I can only make the payment as a transfer from my CCU checking/savings account to my mortgage.
3. Fine, So I setup automatic payments from my savings to my mortgage. Cust rep screwed it up, and my payments didnt go through at first. Causing payment failures. Had to get that resolved.
4. Transaction history on my mortgage page is BLANK... Even though I've been paying it on time for months. Shows no history, that I've been paying anything.
5. Called into customer service 5 times in a row, and the automated teller hangs up on my after being on hold for 5 minutes. Every-Single-Time.
I would 100% recommend to everyone, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE... They have good interest rates here, but thats the only good experience I've had. Very dissatisfied... and I cant get anyone to pickup the phone to even address these concerns.

We have banked at Commonwealth for several years. We have applied for different loans, including personal, vehicles and our Mortgage loan. All of our loans are there. Our most recent loan was applying for a used vehicle loan. The online application process was vey quick and user friendly. We applied on a Thursday evening, we made sure to include all of the necessary documentation to speed the process along. It paid off and the loan was approved the next day. We closed on our loan that afternoon, it took under 10 minutes to sign everything there, and we picked our vehicle up that evening. Commonwealth is amazing and we would highly recommend them for anyone and everyone.

Kerri took such good care of me with my car loan process. I was a first time car buyer and had no idea what I was doing. I also was purchasing through my aunt who didn’t know exactly when she was moving. I emailed Kerri and she was very patient with me through the whole process. She made sure to explain everything to me so I knew exactly what was happening. I called her about 2 weeks later about the loan and she proceeded to explain everything thoroughly so I was no longer confused. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Kerri!!
