We switched over to Westmark credit union in Rigby years ago, and have had absolutely pleasant experiences with them. I am in there on a weekly basis, and love seeing familiar, friendly faces. I do a lot of business through their drive-through, and I’m always happy when I see Pedro‘s smiling face coming up to the window to help me. Their rates on both loans and CDs are extremely competitive, and their online banking system is intuitive and easy to use.

She is the Financial Service Representative for the Rigby's branch and has been there for our family for a number of years giving us superior personalized service. I will only go to the Rigby Branch. All the tellers there are amazing. Karen is my absolute favorite. She has always been so kind and personable. She runs the drive through so fast and efficiently too! Westmark is the best credit union around.

Have had many mistakes made. Made a deposit of $500 and only $200 was deposited. Had to go fix that and was confirmed a mistake on their end. Then if account goes in the negative at all there is a charge and they only refund that charge ONCE a year no matter what mistake may have caused it. I talked to a manager and tried to get help and they refused to do anything obviously milking whatever money they can from customers. Really sad and frustrating during the holiday season. Paid them their money and closed out my account. Other banks have been much more understanding and willing to help fix problems and mistakes made. In a world where everything is paid online anymore that’s important to me. Really sad as I wanted to keep using their service.

Tylan has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I went in to make my car payment, and told him that. He proceeded to act like it was an huge inconvenience because I made part of the payment in cash and the other off of my debit card. I’ve never had an issue with Westmark but definitely will not be visiting this one again.
