The most horrible bank no customer service and absolutely refuses to return phone calls you would have better luck dealing with circus. They have locked my accounts up 3 years straight and when you call they say they can't see anything wrong they are unsympathetic and are unwilling to work with you and do nothing to compensate you or work with you to resolve these issues and tell you it's your problem I will be not be doing any business with them after being a member for 25 years they should be shut down as a lending institution

P1FC is by far the worst when it comes to customer support. If you enjoy waiting for no help this is the place for you. Oh and if you like your account to constantly be locked this is another wonderful choice. P1FCU needs to fix their customer support because I don't like wasting 4 hours to not get my problem fixed.

They were unbeatable for the personal feel in direct comparison to my original mortgage lender. The HELOC process was super fast and easy. It only took a couple weeks from start to finish. This credit union hasn't let me down once for different types of loans and banking.

We have done our banking with P1FCU for many, many years. By far, they are the best CU we have worked with. We recently re-fi'd our home into a 15 year mortgage and Stacie at the mortgage center, was absolutely amazing to work with. We refuse to do our banking anywhere else as Potlatch is exceptional to work with, offering that small town quality customer service. No competition in my opinion. Thank you Stacie for your recent help on our re-fi - you rock!

So far NOT happy with this Credit union, They bought out my Credit union of 20 years and shut my visa off with out replacing it with a P1FCU credit card. all of my auto pays have been declined, the New credit card from them was ordered on the day they shut my old card off, they should have ordered the New cards 2 weeks before shutting off a card I had for 20 years. The interest rate on my old card was fixed at 9.99%. The card I'm getting sent is 15.50% and is a variable rate. so much for having A+ credit with this credit union do they know what it does to a persons credit score for shutting off a credit card of 20 years... Slap to the face, Thanks. my other credit union Pioneer my credit card is also fixed at 8.99, Not sure why P1FCU cant get great rates on credit cards. Not very happy with this merger.
