So I needed help with bills and got a title loan and was easy, obviously a title loan isn't going to be great for interest but in a pinch a very good life line. The staff did a great job explaining it and telling you If you pay a little extra towards the principal each month it can be a lot less expensive I would recommend this option if you really are struggling in between paydays. You can pay a small loan off right when you get paid again and the interest is not bad. The interest is only a lot when it's for 12 months. They are good at explaining this and very professional. Will continue to use Title cash, great for emergency funding.

I put a 1 star rating here because it would not let me put a Negative rating.
I lost my job right after taking out this loan after I had paid off the previous one. I was behind $200 and due to the covid19 issue was not able to work. I tried to pay something. I paid 50 on 3/31/20 and they said to just stay in contact with them and they would work with me. The VERY next day on Apr 1st with NO NOTIFICATION by phone or mail they sent the acct to COLLECTIONS. The way I found out was on the 20th of Apr I called to make another payment and was told that it had gone to Collections. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BEG FOR MONEY ON A STREET CORNER FIRST!!!!!!!! That would be better.

Do not get any kind of loan through these ppl. I went in to get ca small $100 payday loan just to carry me through to my next paycheck. Everything was going fine until they asked for my address. I live in an rv to save money and live off grid and so i don't have a physical address but i do have a local mailing address. As soon as she heard that she told me (her words exactly) "it's idaho state law that we can't do a loan to anyone whose homeless." I checked with my lawyer who was able to verify that she was bold face lying and that there is no law that says that you HAVE to have a physical address... When i called in to talk to them the lady Said that it's "company policy." I told her that is fine and everything but that I wasn't told it was company policy, that it was state law and that they flat out lied. At that point they just hung up on me. Extremely discriminatory and unprofessional behavior.

Worst experience in the world! The new girl there is rude and very unprofessional. I don’t care if she’s in a hurry because she has to take someone to the dmv you have paying customers trying to re loan. you probably should of thought about this before you took my money and made completely broke. So thank you I will not be returning to your cda location or any location.
