We have been satisfied with ICCU we have done several loans with them etc. But what was super upsetting to me is. With our MTG my husband asked me to print off the statement for him. I log in and well I can see my MTG, but can't print it. Not only that my name isn't on the statement once I was able to print it. When emailing them about this. The reason was insane. Since I am just a co-borrow and not the main borrow. I can't see statements and my name does not need to be on statement. This is the first for me. My mtg ties up my credit and I am required to pay it. So I want to be able to see my statement and be on the statement. Not to mention their reason is absolutely dumb. Do better. The mtg is joint so my name should be on the statement and I want to be able to see my statements.

Easy to find for travelers. Travelers note: this is NOT a shared branching credit union location. They do not honor other credit unions shared branching for any purpose.

Frustrating bank to bank with. Made my payment for my loans through the night drop because of the customer service at the Burley branch and they took two days to process it. Then, when trying to resolve it, the teller supervisor Lezly declined to credit the late fee without even researching the issue. I had to go to corporate and spend over three hours of my time to find out that it was the branch's fault. They had not checked the night drop in two days. So disappointing and this is only one example of why to not trust this credit union location.

We love ICCU, they are always helpful and professional with any questions or concerns that we have. Lety is so professional and knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. We have had her do our loans for our last two houses and we reccomend her to everyone we know that's in the market for a mortgage loan. We use them for all of our loans that we need, from auto to recreational vehicles to our mortgage. The app is so easy to use and manage our payments easily and paperless. When we have to use the drive thru the tellers are super friendly and efficient. We won't bank anywhere else!

Best bank (aka credit union) I have used so far. I have tried a couple of the "bigger" banks out there and haven't had much luck with them at all. I get cards on my birthday, the tellers know my name when I come in and their mobile app is on point. I really would recommend them to anyone.

I go to the ICCU ON overland rd and a Cole rd. And this is the slowest in customer service the manager was apparently too busy to help out she was in a meeting!! The meeting could wait!! This may be enough for me to go somewhere else and considering we have everything account , savings, our house, cars as well as our kids!! Replace the manager with someone that actually will get off their butt to help!!

Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. They pulled payments on our paid off vehicle twice. Caused us to overdraft on our accounts. No apology issued. Then insult to injury hit us with a fee when their financial specialist “corrected” the issue.
This bank makes problems for their customers to collect money on nonsense fees. Avoid this bank.
ICCU, if you want to make it right, give us back the money you stole from us.

Go to another bank if you can....they have the worst security services around...they told us we where 16 days late on our house payment because one line had the 56 cents in it and the other didn't...
