No customer service to help. We were out of town and needed assistance to up our withdrawal limit due to an emergency and the number behind would not complete our requests and no available reps on chat through the member site. Even the only branch open would connect us straight to an automated line when we called.. I really feel sorry for the customers that decides to go out of state for a family vacation.. When you really need assistance Community 1st Credit Union will completely ignore the customers. They send you through to the automated line which will send you straight to a dead end. I am completely disappointed.

A couple locations employees are not very nice!.. one branch made a BIG mistake on my account and i had to call them out on it.. you would of thought them making a big mistake ... they would have apologized for it they did not!.. They ignored the email I reached them by live chat and they said they would update me when they got my account fixed!.. they did not!..This is about the 3rd time I have had problems at this location. It really shows that they dont really care about the people that bank with them.. The Centerville and Albia branch are so nice..

200% sick of each employee being on a different page than another. Some people deny me access to my account without my ssn. Other take my debt card and that’s all they need. I don’t care if you “shred” my ssn after I leave. Why are you even writing it down! Just type it in the computer! Ever heard of identity theft! Your not minimizing this by 1. Every time
I come in having me blurt it out in Walmart and 2. By having a teller write it down when they don’t need to.

I love this bank except when i went into the walmart location on a weekend and one of the younger girls was VERY rude!! The other locations would get a 5 star.
