We have worked with Amber Galloway over the years for various things and she is always prompt on getting answers to our questions and getting our issue resolved quickly. She is also very personable to speak with. We can't say enough great things about Amber and Collins North Liberty!

Beware of this "Community" credit union. I'd give zero stars if I could. Was told the only way to avoid overdraft fees was to "get a line of credit" and still get a fee, just reduced. The overdraft in question wasn't even an overdraft, as the money was replaced immediately in my account after the withdrawal was made. Feels very predatory, and is disappointing coming from a former long time member.

Their online banking is convoluted. I thought I had autopay setup and that caused me to miss my first payment in a decade.
They are also selling my info to "special offers" companies, despite me having asked them not to twice.

I have been a member for a couple years now and I’m VERY pleased with the value…. and exceptional customer service! The tellers are kind, patient and willing to help you with any of your needs. I had the most overwhelming and horrible experience at the North Liberty Iowa location 11/8/2023. The customer service by a young man and woman around 450pm, who were clueless and inconsiderate was horrible and overwhelming! I have been banking with the credit Union for 4 years now because it was a branch inside the VA hospital where I am employed. I am the Vice President of our Union there, so not only do I have a personal account, we have a business account as well. The accounts will definitely be closed by the end of this year. I refuse to be treated horribly by a financial institution I am patronizing. Good job to the employees working that evening on losing a member.
