worked with them for a POA over an account at FNB. Then the bank statements stopped coming to me as they had. Called in and they can't verify me over the phone even with account details. Another trip to this place.

Banked here for years without an overdraft fee. Switched to mobile deposit because it was supposedly easier for both my bank and myself. Their cut off for receiving checks via mobile is 4 pm. Then it takes them until 4 pm the next day to approve the check. Then the money is not available to you until afternoon the following day after that. This is a terribly inefficient policy that costs the account owner time and money. Also I was told over the phone that I would get refunded an overdraft due to this and they failed to do that.

I've been locked out of my own account for months now, I've been in phone contact with FNB several times to get it solved, and every time the phone call ends and they say things should be fixed, they are not. The people that work for this company are exceptionally incompetent. I'll be taking my money to another bank where people can actually do their jobs.

It is so refreshing to have phones answered by real, live people instead of a robot person whom I usually end up yelling at (I know...makes no sense) because "it" doesnt understand me and directs me to the wrong department and all sorts of foul-ups. So frustrating! FNB personnel, however, are always courteous and polite and competent. We have moved out of state but will never change banks as long as FNB continues its policy of having real people answer the telephones and deal with customers and no horrible phone trees!

Did business here for over a decade. Paid my loans off never missed payments I have great credit and they denied me a small personal loan and told me to just overdraft my account for the money horrible advice closed all accounts moved elsewhere got approved in seconds also idk what they do for a transaction system but I've had far less trouble managing my daily expenses since moving to a different establishment
