This bank is terrible. Been hounding me for years about payments though I’m significantly ahead on my loan, they don’t allow you to make a payment on their app or website with debit or credit cards and will charge you $10 to process a payment over the phone for a loan that your already paying interest on. Avoid this bank at all cost. Terrible service and the worst banking system I’ve seen at a bank. Go ANYWHERE else if you want a normal and properly functioning bank. This bank is horrible

I have been a member for a number of years and always have a great experience. It's kind of like Cheers, all the tellers know your name and are great to work with. Any time I have had questions or concerns they have always been great to deal with.

My husband and I have been with them for over 25 years. Recently I deposited a large amount check. I deposited it before end of day on a Monday the teller told me that there would be a 10 day hold or once check clears on check. Didn't say anything about 10 business days. We were told 10 days later that we wouldn't be available to us until 15 after depositing it. I have allready received confirmation from the institution that sent it to me 2 days after depositing it. They have denied several loans for us even though we've had no problem getting loans threw other banks and even Chevrolet and ford. I think it's time for a change

Their fraud department is a fraud. Literally told me to track down the online casino and cancel the payments that someone else made with my debit card. When there's no way to call this company. Then she tells me that's standard practice when I know for a fact it's not, because I have dealt with fraud with an old bank, and they handled everything and were so nice. the two separate women I talked to today were not friendly and did not offer to help at all. Let alone cancel my card and get me a new one. I am finding a new bank and will never bank with these people again. Literally had my entire account(s) wiped clean- but because its pending you cant do anything, I call BS. Also, my mom had to deal with the SAME situation today but at a different bank across the country and they cancelled cards, refunded money and were super accommodating. It's not that hard NICCU, where's your customer service, that you talk about all the time. Because I didn't get a lick of that today. YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG~

Went in to set up a new account, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything to me! Came in with a few questions and they walked me through step by step! Very happy with them as a Bank!
