I loved Great Western. Interstate not so much. They don’t ever call back when they said they would.Not open on Saturdays.And it takes forever for your deposits to show up.I am very close to going to another bank.Had Great Western almost twenty years.

Used to be a pretty good bank when I first made an account, but changed some policies and I had a big move that culminated to me not using my account very frequently and not noticing that my account had been overdrafted by an automatic withdrawal from a subscription service. Seems to be in their transition into their new system they lost (or never properly filed) mine and my finance's overdraft protection paperwork. I've seen her card get declined, so it came as a surprise to me when her account showed she owed over 150 and my account showed I owed more that 300. When I called to fix this issue I was told they don't normally wave fees like these and that they would call me back. I did not get my call back the same day so more fees were added to my account.
Do not bank with these people, they are negligent and disrespectful of your time and money.

I liked great western better at least they were open Saturdays and now I can't use my online banking to check my accounts

Need an new debt card. The lady told me she would order it and said thank you. Wait ten business days and still no card. Called the bank manager and asked where my debt card was. And there no record of them ordering me an card. Now I have to wait another ten business days. This not helpful when you have bills to pay and have to pay more from then due to late fees.
