Always have great service at TCCU, through loans, general checking and savings! Always greeted by name from customer service staff and management, and I made the switch from a bank back in 2014 and have never looked back since! Well rounded, and respectful staff who treated me like I'm a member! No complaints here!

I went to them as I have had great experiences in the past with Credit Unions in WI. The front line staff is outstanding. I try to stay local when I can.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend them for loans. I wanted to keep all of my services local so I set up my home loan through them. I found out they sold my home loan within 24 hours to a very sketchy mortgage company.
Another time I was doing business in the front lobby when the loan officer and the customer came out of a corner office. The entire time they were in the lobby the bank officer kept telling (loudly) the customer needs to make sure they make payments and do not be late. I understand this is a concern but he should of had that conversation behind closed doors. VERY unprofessional.
Unfortunately, They are greatly lacking when it comes to business accounts. No, or limited, reporting or integration for business software or agencies. We had to open other accounts elsewhere for our business as we needed reporting for our vendors.
UPDATE: Poor decisions by the management team has caused us to close out accounts and move to other banks in the area. The front-line staff is great! But the rest is questionable.

I deferred two loan payments before Christmas. You pay 30 dollars for this each. When I went to pay they said oh we took that out of your sons account.(unauthorized by my son) So I put 60 dollars back into my son's account. First loan payment got taken out. Called and they said oh we can put that back in your bank. Thank God I noticed so no overdrafts at my bank.2nd deferred payment was taken out Called bank and they said oh we can have that back at your bank in couple days. Seriously??? Oh ok I guess the 15 dollars I have left will get me by for gas and lunches the next couple days. Don't offer something, get paid for it and then screw your customer. Just done with their mistakes. Don't use town and country!!!

If you want to be racially insulted for being Mexican, this is the bank for you. In addition to that they will break numerous federal laws to insult you. Ans if your willing to put up with predator loans because your brown talk to. JARVIS. he will help you out.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I opened an account! The people are nice. The bank...not so much! Backward outdated policies, lack of technical advancements, lack of customer service after hours or on weekends, ridiculous daily spending limits. They micromanage your money. Needless to say, I'm finding a different banking establishment.
