Extremely poor service. I opened a new account and it almost two weeks to get checks. Also, I asked for a debit card on my account and I am still waiting for it. You call and get no help from the employee. I made a mistake opening the account with this company.

This bank is horrible. I had a lot of money taken out of my bank randomly and they are not helping me get it back. They have horrible customer service and do not help you good on phone or at the bank. I have a lawyer working with me on this case.

Trying to figure out how to make payments online to pay a car loan was ridiculous. There website is not user friendly to say the least. We were fortunate enough to be able to sell our vehicle and I wanted to pay it off online because we live 50 miles away from the closest branch. They wanted to charge us $1500 to do so. So we had to go to our regular bank and get a cashier's check and travel to their branch to pay it off. I will not be recommending this bank.

Phenomenal experience with the branch manager and the “loan man.” They helped me get a small personal loan and also refinance my car loan! The best branch I’ve been to yet :)

Never open an account with this bank! My friend hates writing reviews but her accounts were hacked so she wanted to close those and open new ones. She was able to open new accounts but they kept open the old ones causing her to lose all of her money. GICU never did anything about and never once apologized for THEIR mistake!!! They threatened her multiple times and when she wanted to close her accounts entirely, they said no. Horrible experience for her!
