My husband applied even though he had everything they still managed to ask for documents that the application did not ask for. I felt like because he was hispanic she did not want to do the process its really sad that you profile someone just because of there race . The lady that did he's paper work is a color lady and i think if it was the other way around she would feel so offended its bs im sorry makes onefinancial look bad

I receive mail from this company on a regular basis; no less than twice a week. Credit karma has been sending me messages saying that this is a good place to apply for a loan when credit improvement is needed. So finally I decided to check it out- not just for me- but for other people as well to see how it works. After going through the entire process and driving all the way to the center thinking that my loan was approved- because the employee had previously stated that I was AlREADY APPROVED FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT. I actually have the conversation recorded. Only to find out that it was not approved. And the reasons that were given is because they go from year to date. Well we know that the year is not over so the year to date from January to September is not going to displayed accurate amount of income. I do not suggest wasting your time with OneMain-there are many other companies if you’re in need or a bind. I have no issue with being denied a loan. I do have an issue with a company that gives misinformation and does not have enough knowledge to help clarify.

Don’t deal with this location. They are rude and poorly managed by Amber. I spoke with customer service and they sent me to a far more professional branch in South Carolina. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you again one main, as this branch does not represent the excellence of this company.

I applied for an loan through Credit Karma which said that I had outstanding odds to be approved. I was approved but not for the amount that I requested and told that I wasn't eligible for that amount to keep me within budget. The degrading truth about that is the amount they were putting my monthly payments at were the same as it was for more money with a lower interest rate. I was offered 33.5 % interest rate instead of the 23.6%. If you're concerned about me staying within budget why not give me what I requested for the same payments. I do realize that having some credit issues may cause me a little pain with the interest, but this is ridiculous and unfair to be belittle to that extreme when I know it could have been better.
