Outstanding customer service. As far as loan services go they are top notch and understanding to the average persons need for an affordable loan. Whenever life kicks you in the face choose noble to get you through to better days and a pocket full of cash....bad credit....no credit no problem

I don't have the best credit...i mean worst than most but i have been with this company goin on two years now and i can honestly say they really do have ur best interest at heart. They have and will go above and beyond to help you all they can. Managment has changed and i still receive the best service from really friendly people. I recomend Noble to anyone that just needs some extra help.

The name has changed to Local Finance and is under new management still a great place to borrow from. Of course people get upset when they don't pay and the employees have to proceed with collection efforts, but doesn't qualify as rude or unprofessional

Great people. I have used a few different loan companies in commerce. with the other loan companies I felt like I was just another payment to them but, here I fill like a friend. When I came in to make a first payment after I had taken a loan everyone knew my name.

This company continues to call my phone looking for someone that I do not know. I've told them several times that they have the wrong number. STOP CALLING ME!

(They showed their true colors) Where do I start !! Let me say That I have been a loyal customer to this company for sometime. I have successfully paid off five or six loans and I have usually always had a good experience. If I’m ever late on my payment they will call to remind me and then I’ll come in and pay it (that’s Normal procedure, that is to be expected).... last Wk I was supposed to come in to make my final payment on my loan to pay it off, that was a Friday the following Monday Haley calls and right when I saw the number I new they we’re just calling to remind me but this time All customer service standards went out the window. Here is how the call went down.
Haley: “Hey Jero what happened to you Friday. “
(She was wrong from the start. You don’t ask the customer why couldn’t they come in. You simply remind them that they missed their payment. It’s none of your business why I couldn’t make it.)
Jero: “I wasn’t able to make it.”
Haley: “When will you make your payment.”
Jero: “What is the exact due date?”
Haley: “The 3rd.”
Jero: “I’ll be there before the month is out to make my final payment.”
(I understood in my mind that there would be a late fee.)
Haley: “you have to be here before the first of next month.”
Jero: “ok I will.”
Haley: “do you realize that you are hurting my paycheck right now by paying late.”
Jero: “Haley your paycheck has nothing to do with me and is irrelevant to my reasoning behind getting this loan. I have paid off five loans I don’t think you have anything to worry when it comes to me paying my loan.”
SHE THEN INTERRUPTS ME SHOUTING
Haley: “you need to pay your bills and that’s the end of it.”
-Then she hangs up in my face.
Later that day I call Josh and ask him how much my final payment is with the late fee I then told him thank you and I’ll be up there soon. When I got there she was sitting in her car outside of the building to avoid me. She knew she made a mess she just didn’t want to have to deal with it.
I told Josh that he lost a loyal customer because of that. I also said that if she would call and apologize I would forget about it. He then said I’m not trying to defend her but we really do lose money if the customers late that’s why we charge a late fee.........
Soooooo you Charge a late fee so you don’t lose money.
I’m still waiting on my apology
