Quick to let you know you are approved for an amount that is much more than you need but once they get to the car value they quickly shut you down without trying for a lower amount. In a hurry to get off the phone with you

Be aware! I was initially approved for 5K. Was approved, have been making all of my payments on time since January 2019. Called for a renewal December 2019 & only could renew for $100. Definitely will do business with my credit union or First Franklin! One Main is a joke! If you don’t pay back In 6 months you will be paying back double. Will not be back or recommend anyone to do business at One Main.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND LACK OF RESPECT. They should train their call center to give correct information. They gathered all of our personal info over the phone and gave us an exact quote of what we were approved for while viewing our credit report in detail. After an hour on the phone she scheduled us an appointment at the branch, said to upload our documents online via an email. We walked in for our appointment and they didn't even know who we were. Gave the info again and she told us we didnt even apply for a tenth of what the lady originally quoted us and dismissed us like we interrupted her evening. "It's the call center they don't always know all of the correct information to give" well now they have our ID, SSN, Bank account numbers and our vehicle registrations. Who would run a company where our personal info are in the hands of people that their employees say" don't know what it takes to get a loan" Would have been nice to know in advance. Do not recommend. BEWARE

Great experience, but when I came in to sign papers, I was told the Jan payment was $100 more. This was not told to me until I arrived. Try to avoid leading customers and then telling them the day of signing a surprise amount the first month.
