I had many questions throughout the process, and Rob was always available to answer questions. The method of getting approval was very smooth until the closing day. The closing documents were accurate, and overall, I was delighted with the experience working with Rob. I know that if a family member needs their service, I will be recommended, Rob Cable. He is so determined to satisfy the customer that I know he will accomplish great things at Homebridge Financial Service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Milton found out we were two females on disability and proceeded to string us along without actually helping me, not responding to phone calls, text messages, or emails. Eventually ghosting us altogether. I switched to elend and had a pre qual in less than 24 hours, after wasting two and a half weeks of our time with Milton. Made me pay on student loans, elend said was unnecessary, costing me extra money I don't have during a very expensive process. I feel discriminated against, being a female, on disability, and I think he thought we were in a relationship. But I'll never know because he won't call me back.

I'll be honest, this was not the easiest process, but I guess nothing is during COVID. Milton is a great guy, very easy to work and he understands the process inside and out. Not saying this wasn't a bumpy ride BUT when issues came up he was quick to offer his assistance to resolve it. Thanks Milton!

I obtained a mortgage loan from HomeBridge approximately 15 month’s ago after being promised they would keep my mortgage in house. This was important to me because a previous mortgage I had on another home was sold repeatedly. Within a short time after I created an online account with HomeBridge, I received a letter saying Fannie Mae had purchased my home, then another contact from some company called Cenlar saying they had my mortgage. So I reluctantly created another online account with Cenlar. I ran into some difficulty because my loan number had changed and I had to track down my new number. Now Cenlar sends me an email saying they are rolling out a new web site. Fine. But guess what, I have to give my Social Security Number—again, along with my loan number. I managed web sites. I would have been fired if I told my boss our customers would have to re-register their online accounts. In addition, why would any company ask for your SSN and loan number. This is how criminals use phishing to get people’s personal information. All in all I have had an unsatisfactory experience as a result of doing business with HomeBridge.
