Before my mom passed away two months prior we tried everything to get me added to the account. But because she was laid up in a hospital bed I couldn’t physically get her to the bank we even did a power of attorney. She ended up passing two months later I had a paper filled out through probate court and they still giving me a runaround.

I came three hours away to dispute an charge and get a brand new card. Instead I left with the same card and there was no dispute posted and it’s been a week now. I had to go in the app and manually do it myself. This was the Adel location and a Caucasian lady who works at the desk located by the elevator in the branch. This is literally my second bad experience with this bank.

This bank is horrible. The people on the inside get upset you when all your doing is asking questions about your own account. The drive thru never opens at the right time. You never know when you can use this bank. It was like pulling teeth just to get a debit card. If you call the bank you get people from God only knows where. They are from your bank and it takes several times to transfer.

Highly not recommended. Every day there is something wrong with my debit card or account, and no one seems to know exactly they are suppose to be doing. I’ve been without my funds for over 2 weeks now. The issue is still not resolved and I’ve contacted multiple locations. It seems as if they weren’t properly trained for the positions.

I finance a used truck through this bank, a month before my husband died with gastric stomach cancer, had to return the truck because I couldn’t afford to pay for the truck they put in the credit bureau, left me owing 42 thousand dollars they sold the truck for 34 thousand , left me owing them 9 thousand dollars , I tried calling them several times to work out arrangement to try to pay them, no response, I am 71 years old and retired and disable, now I am not asking for pity, that won’t bring my husband back, but where is the compassion for people any more, banks are shutting down every day and we wonder, where is God, right here looking down on his people that are robbing the poor , the last shall come first and first shall come last. This bank is so very slow. They usually have just 1 teller at the window. Just to make a deposit takes 15 minutes or more.
