Have multiple business and personal accounts with MIDFLORIDA. They answer the phone when I call and are always prompt to get anything I need. The app could be a little bit cleaner and updated however everything is still accessible. They also were able to refinance a new auto loan at much better rates so I didn’t have to deal with the horrible bank that loan was under. Ruth (loan manager) was wonderful at taking care of the issues And making sure that our process was smooth and easy. Mid Florida still has customer service as a priority.

It is June 11 at 12:25 PM and I just had the most horrible experience with Kelly Keown. I frequently come to this bank to deposit money into my grandmothers account to do a shared branch transaction and today she refused to help me for what reason I don’t know other but then due to the color of my skin. She was rude when I pulled up in the drive-through made me come in and then when I came in she refuse to help me. When I asked for her information to call her supervisor she gave me a fake name and number. The number she gave me was 2275 and the number on the building is 2285 she is fraudulent and deceitful it should not be working around anyone’s money!!!!!

Not only is the establishment very clean but the staff working here are all very kind and professional. Just opened three accounts here and while there was a short wait for someone to help me, they offered me water and kept me updated. When I did see a banker she was able to help me with all of my questions and setting up my new accounts. Looking forward to banking with these guys for a very long time

I love that this branch includes a lollipop and a handwritten message to have a great day on my deposit slip. It’s a little thing but those personal touches make a difference when there are so many banking options these days!
