Absolutely wonderful! Clean. The associates are knowledgeable of their products: policies, etc. Wonderful time management skills in seeing and helping customers with their needs. The associates are kind and helpful.

As far as credit unions go they are subpar on conveniences. Excessive fee schedule. Little to recommend them except that they were there when VyStar failed their online banking rollover. Only came here as I lost faith in VyStar. Do not care for this credit union. There are far better options

I've been a loyal customer of Florida Credit Union for about 7 years now. I've had good and bad experiences with them over the years but I think it really depends on who you talk to.... Banks make so much money off of other people's money (sweat and hard work) that is not to say the employee's there aren't in the same boat as us, it's the owners and board that make all the money and decisions. I've financed and paid off 2 vehicles since banking with them but they aren't as loyal to you as you are them because when you want to finance another vehicle with them even though you've previously bought and paid off those 2 vehicle's, Yes they will finance you but they still want to give you that ridiculous interest rate, One would think that loyalty would and should give you a good standing financial relationship with them that would deserve a better interest rate, right?? I will be the first to admit I've had a few hard times where I've missed a few payments here and there over a 7 year period but I always managed to catch it up when work picked back up. They see your income to debt ratio and still want to charge that RIDICULOUS INTEREST RATE WHEN OTHER INSTITUTIONS HAVE OFFERED MUCH LOWER RATES, NOT TO MENTION THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, IT'S ALWAYS AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT ANSWERS AND THEY PLACE YOU ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR...... WHO HAS 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR TO JUST STAY ON HOLD??? That's precisely why I'm just not going to finance another vehicle with them and honestly I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere because of all the reasons listed above! Loyalty should be a 2 way street especially when dealing with someone's finances, meaning if your loyal and have been a loyal customer through the good and bad times, that loyalty should be rewarded in return!!!

Alisha Soco has been absolutely amazing!!! My transaction with her went so smoothly. She communicated with me and went out her way to talk me through things when I was having second thoughts. She deserves a bonus for how she handles her customers!!

I've financed several vehicles and pay my billls on time. Florida credit unions website is always down. I'm not able to use their mobile banking because they won't let me update personal information online?? Has to be faxed in which I am incapable of doing with my work schedule and lack of fax machine. Their customer service on the phone is always terrible I've called several times and rarely can even get through. When I do get through they're always rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience and I'm only a few months in.

Took weeks for a check to get desposited into a brand new checking account I opened in 2020, which meanwhile got overdrafted becoming negative. Incompetent/rude/unprofessional staff at branches and over the phone. Withdrew the money once it cleared, closed the account and switched to Navy Federal ASAP.
