I needed a notary and was helped no less than 2 minutes after arriving by Michelle. She was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel so comfortable that I will definitely be back to open a savings account with her! 5 stars all around!

Horrible to do business with. Places holds on certified checks because they said it was a newer account with them. Had no explanation or attempt to resolve issues. When asked to speak with manager told none was working and try again. Gave they run around closed my accounts and going to bank with someone that won’t waste your time.

Their fraud protection oversteps the boundaries that I want from my bank.
Don't shop at a merchant that you have never been to before. They'll lock your account and you'll be forced to sit on the phone for more than 2 hrs trying to regain access to your money. The worst I've encountered in all my 60 years. Time for a new bank !

I am appalled and in shock at this bank my sweet Mother had $500 in her bank account dwindled down to $200 a second time the samething happened so they robbed $400 from her when she complained they said we dont know what happen here is a new card and they only returned $60 obviously the bank employees robbed her I emailed the bank called the number on the bank of the card after on hold an hour they hung up on me and my Mother they are taking advantage of her because of her age what a pity SunTrust was once a reputable bank and BB& T is a multi-billion dollar company and after my mother existed the bank someone had the audacity to tell go back New York. I will make sure my mother gets her hard earned money back from this bank department of justice attorneys it's not about the money it is the principle this is clearly account fraud taking advantage of a senior citizen

I went here to order a new card, was there for 30-45 minutes. Trevon never ordered my new card after I was told multiple times that he did and everything was good to go. A week later I called because I never received my card, just to find out he never canceled my old card and ordered a new one. When I called to speak to the manager she was very rude and doesn’t care about her customers at all. Do not recommend to anyone.

Absolute worst bank ever I should have never got an account here! 2 weeks I’ve had my account and I’m closing it! First off I’ve never seen a bank so slow in my life! Taking 2 weeks for my check deposit to be available after they already got the funds from the other bank… called up and want to talk about nasty people! Smh!

After 3-4 calls I had to go in. btw I have to use a walker. My son and I waited over 45 minutes for a counselor helped us. I was ready to close my account. Thanks to Anthony Tyler, he took care of all my problems. Or I would have! He is GREAT!

They are definitely not a community oriented business. They would not give change to a church unless they had an account. They have in the past so if this is a new practice, put it back the way it was. Glad I don't personally bank there.
