The people that works in this store have very poor customer service skills. I went in to take care of some important business, and the Spanish young lady was very RUDE. Will not be going back to this store ever again as life is too short to walk around with a nasty attitude.

I understand that you as well operate a small enterprise yourself, so you know rules and regulations. The financial service industry is highly regulated by the states of Florida and at a federal level. When we conduct larger transactions such as yours, we must obtain very detailed information relating to the conductor as required by law. I genuinely hope that you please not be offended because we must collect extra data. We are merely following mandated requirements. Yes, I know your family has operated the business for a very long time and I use to come in all the time until I was mistreated years ago, and finally came back on today and last week. I stayed away due to the same thing I experienced today. Being reminded about protocol is unnecessary...the young lady was rude because I expressed myself. Me expressing myself as a customer does not have a reflection on your business, but her being rude and disrespectful does. I know the owner of the business with whom I used to chat with all the time and I know she will not be happy about my experiences in her place of business. Idk where the negative reviews are coming from but ive never had a bad experience at MQL, an ive been here since 2007. The staff are extremely welcoming, and seeing anne always brightens my day. Her quirks always make my son an I laugh. The offices are always nice and clean.

I have been a quick loan customer since 1987,I went to the plantcity payday advance to find out it was closed and out of business. So I looked up the Seffner mango office which was and I believe is the main office. I called there number twice. Being that I needed to make a payday advance loan I proceeded to the Seffner/mango day office. I was repeatedly asked what did I bring proof of income bank statements ect. I said what do you mean I bought my checkbook and my I’d one being my original I’d given to me in 1987 and my drivers license. I was told I would have to start the application process all over again. Number one if they answer there phone when I called twice I could of obtained this information before driving several miles from plantcity to Seffner. I was told I needed proof of income and bank statements. I have the same bank since I first applied in 1987. I collected my ids and said that there were other options closer to seek a payday advance loan in my own area. I proceeded out the door and this blonde haired lady from the business office made a nasty comment to me “looks like somebody is having a bad day.”I said yes because I wasted my time and my gas because nobody answered the phone when I called.and she continued to repeat yes we do answer our phones well over and over well lady your business didn’t answer the two times I called .I was a very loyal customer since 1987. I wouldn’t recommend this business to any one. If you answered my two calls I would of asked questions. And been a where of the new information needed .I’m not going to argue with the blonde haired lady that was adamant that they always answer there phones. And my bad day that you suggested was because of that. I think she’s very rude and very unprofessional. Specially coming out of the business office. I recommend all take your business elsewhere.
