I am very disappointed in what is happening with this company .. it seems lately they are having cash flow issues which is understandable but as a customer that has been going there for years and has always treated the employees with respect .. so I went in to community choice today and one of the newer girls helped me I handed her the check and she said “we don’t have the money” but maybe we can give you some cash and some money orders at that moment Maxine jumped up and yelled with a attitude “no need to do money orders we will get in $40,000 tomorrow just come back!” I needed the money to send my kids for Christmas.. that’s ok they obviously don’t need my business!. I’m changing my review because for the most part this location has been good to me. I do t blame the employees for their lack of cash and I am sure they are stressed as well. Bit they need to implement a better way to handle their customers when they have a cash shortage. Try talking to us in a civil matter . It’s not the first time this has happened and I have always been understandable,

They cashed my IRS refund check with no problem. Just show valid ID, walk out with CASH not some debit card! That, was a life saver. They are open till 8pm, and only charge 3% for refund checks.
Very friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend them. ❤

This place is horrible!!!! I’ve been a long time WesternUnion customer and the women who works there is extremely unprofessional. I don’t know her name but she is a middle aged Hispanic women brown hair with a heavy accent. I’ve been coming in to send money for a few months and they are always very slow and not very friendly which I didn’t care too much about as long as my service was rendered. However the past few months have been awful, came in June and she said the WesternUnion was down. I walked off thinking nothing of it. Today I came in and again she responded with WesternUnion is down. I proceeded to tell her on my way out that a month later and you still haven’t corrected the issue?? Instead of being courteous and saying sorry for the inconvenience she waved to me and said BYE in a sarcastic rude manner. At that point I lost it and gave her a piece of my mind and she wasn’t shy to respond back cursing my mother among other things. This is unacceptable behavior in a public setting she shouldn’t be in any position of customer service. I called the other locations and they assured me that WesternUnion was up and running and I proceeded with a complaint which I hope will result in her being reprimanded in some way. I don’t think I’m the first or last to complain about this women please don’t waste your time or money in this place. I went down the street to the Winn Dixie and the clerk was very nice and professional. Some people are just miserable in nature and want everyone else to feel like them. 1 star is being extremely gracious by the way.
