I was told a pay off balance. Which I paid back in January only to be told that paying online does not give the accurate account pay off balance. These folks have not sent me my tile over .20 cent. I will be contacting the better business bureau immediately. Stay away there are other option people that are much better than these folks. What a way to treat a customer that had an excellent payment history with your company. I only select one star because no star is not an option otherwise I would not give any. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

ONLY because of John am I placing 4 stars. He deserves "5 stars" for his professionalism and willingness to work with customers. The reach-out to the company is impossible, as phones are blocked to any live person and callbacks tend to not happen when left in general mailbox. The cycle that their phone service puts you when in trying to make a payment is a dead end to speak with anyone live. It is only possible to co-exist with FlexPath Capital of you have direct access to John, otherwise you are a sitting duck for all things unreliable, unprofessional and unethical.

I’ve called in a day before my payment is due. Of course I get no answer. I called the auto payment number, wasn’t working. So next day it was a holiday. Couldn’t make a payment. The following day I get a phone call from a lady named Victoria, I called back. I made my payment but she was VERY RUDE to me. She wouldn’t allow me to talk to some else. I’ve been working with a guy named John for 3 years so I asked politely for him she said NO in a rude manner. Told me he was on vacation. She needs an attitude adjustment being rude like that to a customer. I’ve been paying my car off for 5 years and no once have I heard of a Victoria person. She should be fired for being so rude. I have been with Flexpath for over 3 years and I've never had a problem, even when I had to defer a payment due to medical leave. John is amazing, and should be recognized for his excellent customer service skills and ability to work with customers. He has never failed me!

Doesn’t report credit to credit bureaus and only answer the phone if u say u are making a payment. So glad I refinance my vehicle even though I’m upset that my credit was not reported and I never missed a payment nor was I ever late for a entire year
