Absolutely awful. If I could give zero stars I would. Would never recommend VyStar to anybody if they want peace of mind with their money. They lock your account with no warning or notice. And then when you call they can’t even give you a straight answer as to what exactly happened. App won’t let you pay off your loans which they then charge you for. I would recommend pretty much any other bank/credit union over this one.

Mrs Jessie Bowen is an absolute asset to this company. Amazing person, very quick and precise service. Helped me with applying for a lone in under 30 mins. I 100% will be using this branch permanently for now on. I will also be looking into other services with this VyStar branch

VyStar began implementing a new banking system several months ago. It has been a total disaster. I have been in the information systems business since 1974 and this is by far the most incompetent job I have seen done on any implementation project in any industry during those 48 years. The part that has been the most telling however is how VyStar management obviously feels about their members based on the fact that they did not stop this disaster on the first day when it was already obvious what a fiasco it was and put the old system back in place immediately. There is so much of this new system that was obviously not tested before they stuffed it down the throats of their members that unintentional omission can't be used to excuse the problems. This fiasco has to not only cost everyone in the VyStar I.T. department their jobs but it should also cost all the 'C' level management at VyStar their jobs as well. If you are looking for a credit union that provides good service to their members and is well managed keep looking, VyStar is not what you are looking for.

I’ve been with Vystar for over 10 years and have always had the best customer service, even during the system upgrade. Today I worked with Jessie to open a new amount for my son and she was wonderful answering all my questions and taking an active interest in our lives. I can’t say enough good things about Vystar and the people who work there
