Tammy has some of the worst customer service I've received in my life. It was an reasonable amount of time. I will never go back and strongly suggest you don't unless you feel like wasting time and being frustrated. They would get zero stars if that were an option.

I’ve been an established customer with Amscott for at least 5 years, I’ve always payed back my loans in a timely manner. I went into this location today & took out a loan for $150 and the woman (Rosa?) at the counter counted the cash to me all in the form of 20’s. However, when she threw down the $10 bill, she clearly stated $50. There was people waiting for assistance & I made the mistake of not recounting because the $50 bill was really a $10 bill and I didn’t realize it until I got to the grocery store. Obviously, I can’t go back into the store after leaving to claim that she screwed me out of $40, which I will have to pay back regardless. I FIRMLY believe that this was done intentionally because how can you mistake a $10 bill with a $50 bill? My only advice to everyone is ALWAYS count the money that is handed to you, even if they count it in front of you.

Lisa needs to learn her place. This employee feels that it's her right to become hostile towards a customer who doesn't receive proper customer service from this company. She could have just let him settle his account and leave quietly. But she felt it was her right to be hostile and continue to talk about the review after being told the customer didn't want to talk about it.
Lisa, you said what was written wasn't fair... What was written is the truth and if the truth isn't fair... That's a reflection on the lack of customer service you provide.
Better yourself. Better how you treat customers. Better the moral practices of your business. And Lisa, you specifically, better yourself by learning how to be respectful and not feel you have some right to be hostile and confrontational towards an unhappy customer.
Amscot would be doing itself a disservice by keeping her employed. Hostility and confrontation don't belong in customer service, therefore, neither does Lisa.

Not worth the headache. Customer service is trash and they don't care about you or what situation your going through.
Employee ,"Lisa" at this location wanted to say what I wrote was unfair. She should really know what kind of an employer she accepts jobs from. This comment was made immediately after I said I didn't want to discuss this review or the incident that caused it. I tried to end my relationship with Amscot peacefully, but Lisa wanted to cause hostility and carr it further than was necessary.
