I called for assistance regarding the same issue ive been calling about for two weeks, ivvette picked up today, didnt even let me finish what a needed to say and just said “someone will call you back” this is the 7th time in 2 weeks this is said to me and then noone calls me back. Ivvette needs to be written up this is ridiculous… updare* just called back and bank manager katrina was very nasty, rude, had an attitude in every word she spoke. After this situation is resolved i will be closing my account and switching banks.

Everyone here always got an attitude, this starts from management. There is usually one staff running the teller line. Management,please get some training along with your employees on providing better service. No customer wants to deal with rude and an unfriendly employee.

I’m a customer of a fifth-third bank for years. I never experience anything like that in any of the branches. It's the first location the manager feels like she is more important than any customer. It's the second time she is rude and very unpleasant. Treat customers without respect. I hope she will follow the rules of the county not her own. And even she have some suggestion she should be nicer. That one is the closest to my house, so I'm not going to drive to a different branch because of her. Employees are friendly.

HORRIBLE. I obtained a loan through 5/3 a couple years ago. Due to hard times I ended up missing one month’s payment. The terrible app and online interface had ZERO information about my arrearage. I tried to call them, and was unable to speak to anyone because I was unaware of what my account number was (it is blanked out on statements and my phone). Tried to chat feature, which was generic and also worthless. After making extra payments (and always paying the minimum), I was STILL assessed a $35 late fee each month. $140 in fees later, I FINALLY spoke to someone. Then get this- got disconnected after being on hold and in rotation for an hour while asking for a refund of late fees. This is STILL unresolved, and I am thoroughly fed up with their poor customer service, terrible app and web page interface, and horrible “chat” feature. Never missed a payment in years, and this is how I get treated. One payment missed and they capitalize on it and charge you late fees, and make it so you can’t find out exactly what your arrearage amount is. I smell a class action coming.

Not happy with 5/3 bank at all. I keep getting kicked out of the mobile app. It will work for a few weeks and then it stops letting me log on. It’s been happening since June. Customer support was not helpful. Their bill pay is awful too. It shouldn’t take a week to 10 days for an electronic payment to be received.

There's alot of bad reviews here.... and no changes to improve their customer service. If my job didn't do banking here, I certainly would not use them... Kara is nice but the other woman, yikes!
