customer service is lacking they dont help when you really need. Would not advise to use. Upstart or upgrade is a much better option.

I can honestly attest my experience with your organization was very fulfilling to say the least. Jonathan, who was the representative I had the pleasure of meeting, was very empathetic to my needs. He was knowledgeable and explained the process to me clearly.

WORSE experience EVER!!!! They're nice up to they have you sign the contract, than they treat you like you're no longer relevant to them. No one picks up the phone and you are provided with inaccurate information by the employees and all management can say is "I apologize that you were missed informed." I don't recommend their services, you are better off going somewhere else.

I had an awesome experience working with the team at the Miami Lakes office. My application was taken and completed in a timely manner. The representatives were very professional and knowledgable. My experience was pleasurable.

I was very upset when I called to see if I can defer one of my payments and I was told only if I can pay half of my bill. I thought that was very cruel! How can you say you are here for the consumers in their time of need and when they ask to defer a payment because they can't pay due to the COVID - 19 pandemic, you tell them they have to pay $75.00!! It's just like the bible says, "The care for people has cooled off!" OneMain Financial is NOT concerned about the consumers they serve; they are ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING MONEY BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!

OneMain Financial and OneMain Solutions are an absolute hassle to deal with but this branch has by far the worst kind of customer service if you can even call it that. This branch (Miami Gardens) harasses you every single day at 8 in the morning nonstop and multiple times a day, and when you finally answer the phone it seems everyone is clueless and can’t help you with your situation and literally tell you to call another department to deal with your issue because they simply “have nothing to do with it”. I contacted the branch Dec.06 at 9:55am. The branch manager Marie was by far the most despicable and disgusting kind of person to deal with, she doesn’t care to hear what you have to say or what you’re concerned about, she only wants to get her point across and quite literally force a payment out of you. After repeatedly attempting to tell her that OneMain Solutions submitted a payment that may take 5 business days, (which she didn’t care to hear) she insisted on making me commit to a payment I simply cannot make due to not working. She then overstepped boundaries into thinking she knows my finances and can decide FOR ME whether I have enough funds to pay what she was asking. By far the worst kind of “customer service” to have to deal with. Ridiculous to even believe that she is “Branch Manager”. Shows how low the standards are for this company unfortunately. The call finally ended with Marie basically giving up and literally saying that she was going to hang up and she did not care stating that it was my credit on the line and my car and so on and so forth, as if I was unaware that the only one’s credit who’s in jeopardy is mine, for something that is completely out of my hands. Simply because I had to undergo surgery and obviously have not been able to work, here I thought it was wise to opt in on the insurance the reps offer. Future reference for anyone who is offered the “Single Credit Disability” , if you decide to opt in I suggest you be ready to deal with a world of hassle and back and forth between the branch and OneMain Solutions. They only cover the dates they want regardless of any medical documentation you’re providing and everything is literally on their terms and you’ll still be held accountable for your payment until they untangle their own mess and decide to pay (not fully) towards your loan. You think you’re opting in on something to help and cover you in hardship but it is far from it. If OneMain is your only option, then I guess go for it, but stay FAR away from the Miami Gardens branch and the horrible attitude staff they have working there. I would honestly risk my entire credit to not have to deal with this company anymore.

Don’t recommend racist my sister has fair credit only student loans and they continuously deny her last time they offered her for a secured loan today the girl flat out said she couldn’t accept my sisters income and then we didn’t even receive an email as to why. She works with people everyday who have worse credit then her that one main approve for crazy amounts no collateral this time she wasn’t even offered the secured option.. Only came because of emergency and Sara customer service is weird not empathetic , maybe if I was YT she would’ve worked it out 😩🤦🏾♀️😂🤷🏾♀️

In the past I had a bad experience with customer services at the Hollywood location, but I came across a professional lady her name is Thaimi at the MIami Gardens location. She is fast in replying, walk you through and respond to all questions you have. Great services come and see Thaimi.
