Understandably, they want payment when you owe. However, this doesn't mean harass people with phone calls every 2 days when the customer says they can make a payment in 2 weeks. When I called back, the lady hung up on me and was impatient when I just called to ask for the harassment to stop. I had to call corporate to tell them the calls abd harassment wouldn't stop. They tell me they'd 'make note of what I said', but never follow through on their own words.
I'm looking forward to not doing business again.

Got two documents notarized and the notary messed up both so I now have to get them redone. Don't go here, waste of $20

Customer service was horrible they were rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Never stopping at this location ever again!And also because they took 20 minutes to look at a five dollar check I ran out of gas on the side of the road with my four-year-old. Thank you again Amscot!

I Have Cashed Checks At Amscot Before And They Charge A Fee For Cashing Checks Which In Reality Is Very Wrong To Do And Its Something That Should Never Ever Be Allowed To Happen. There is no Legitimate Reason To Ever Charge Anyone A Fee To Cash Any Check. Do Away With The Check Cashing Fee. A 1 Star Review. But Yes Overall The Service Is Quick. I Give It That Much.

Be careful when you get money orders from this place because if you lose it or it gets stolen they hand you a form and they jerk you around for six weeks or more and on top of that you have to pay them a $12 service fee to get your money back and this was my rent payment and I told the clerk this and all he did was shrugged his shoulders and say sorry very upset will never do business with this establishment again and I'm going to consult an attorney to see what my options are to go after them for this
