This is one of the fastest experiences I've ever had. I called on a Friday, was approved in just a few hours. Went in the office the following Monday to sign the papers, had the money in my account that same day! Kelly was very helpful with everything. I'm very pleased to say I will let my friends know where to go in case they ever need a loan.

I was in need of an appliance then I was going to do some laundry and then the machine broke..Now I had no choice but to find someone who could help...
I had a piece of mail that told me to try ONE MAIN financial..I called they told me to come in and see what they could do to help ..They were all courteous and kind and things just fell into place for me..I want to thank all the personal staff for their kindness and help Lynn. Williams

I bought and paid for a truck in the Leesburg office 10 weeks ago and was told I would have my title in 7-10 days. Worse customer service I have ever had. WHERES MY TITLE????

Rica and Ryan are absolutely wonderful! I originally started my loan with Rica but I do have to call in sometimes and speak with them. They always have explained everything in detail and are always helpful. I have been with them over two years now and never had an issue.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent loan application process with your company. I was subjected to unprofessional conduct and disrespectful behavior by one of your employees, RICA MARTINEZ, which left me feeling demeaned and disheartened. She questioned me as if I was lying about what I wanted to do. She was so rude as soon as I walked in, I was SO UNCOMFORTABLE. SHE LAUGHED AS SHE TOLD ME I WAS DENIED. My feelings were crushed. I’m not upset about the denial, but she gave me no further guidance of what I should do next.
On July 5th, I visited your office to apply for a loan. Unfortunately, I encountered an employee named RICA MARTINEZ, who, instead of conducting the process professionally, chose to mock and belittle me due to my high car mileage. This behavior was completely uncalled for and left me feeling humiliated.
While I understand that not all loan applications can be approved, it is unacceptable for an employee to laugh about a customer's situation. I expected to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the outcome of my application.
I believe it is crucial for your company to address this incident promptly. I hope you will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that all employees are trained to treat customers with respect and empathy. No one should be made to feel low or disrespected during such a vulnerable moment.
