Horrible...worker locked the doors 845pm Time on door says Mon-Sat 8am-9pm Sunday 9am-6pm. Called inside and she said she was closed. Closed at 8pm. Explained to her that the time on the door says 9pm..claims that they were running on temporary hours. Had to drive all the way to the other one in Leesburg. The women there were super nice. Might need to start going the extra 5-6miles down the road..received better service there.

I never had an issue with this location until the manager (Jaci), who has been doing my transactions since i came to this location for months, suddenly pretended to not be able to do the only transaction i come there for, despite performing my transaction the day before. I even provided the receipt with all the information. She continued to deny being able to perform the transaction, and even said the previous day transactiin had nothing to do with the current day transaction, even tho she performed the transaction herself. She wanted to call her home office because she felt i was starting to show my frustration, but it didnt turn out the way she wNted and i was more than positive they were able to see that she was in fact the one doing the transactions for the visits over the past few months. I am usually a calm person, but this was the worst customer service experience i have ever had.

Horrible service. If zero stars were available thats what I'd use. I've used Amscott for a number of years. I have never had a problem until I came to this location. JOCI/JACI started out the whole interaction with attitude rudeness and hostile questions. To hassling me about my pay schedule. Then demanding me to open my phone and show her my checking account after I verified the last four of the account. She then refused to continue the process until she could see my checking account through online services. To which i dont use. Though all my information is current and up to date. Then she refused to return my i.d until strongly demanded. Worst service I've ever had. I would strongly recommend that everyone go to the other LEESBURG location. They are courteous and treat all with respect.

The woman that works here (Jaci) always has an attitude. Third time coming here to this location. If I wasn’t forced to come here because of child support monthly, I never would. She got upset today when I tried to make small talk about how quiet it was. I was just tying to be nice. SHE IS NOT A PEOPLE PERSON. She responded in a rude tone “Jeez I hate it when people say that, you always jinx it and make it busy.” So what that is your job to take of people and their needs. We pay a fee for that. if you don’t like it then get another job. Stop trying to ruin everyone’s day who comes in there to pay bills or handle business. I won’t be visiting this location until corporate handles this situation. I shouldn’t have to pre plan for attitude when I open the door to an establishment I’m paying to use.
