As an avid reviewer who takes time to acknowledge great customer service quite often, I also acknowledge the lack of professionalism as I did yesterday in Amscot. It is a shame that one employee can ruin the brand and be the face of a company. As a business owner myself, I find it a responsibility to share unjust behavior. As a notary service was requested,a young hispanic lady maybe in her 30's decided to read through every personal detail of a financial affidavit to bluntly refuse service and pass judgement. Her lack of professionalism stood out clearly. A person such as herself should be restricted from notary services and should be aware that the services being rendered were for an attorney and made aware. Everyone in the area, local bank and UPS were shocked that Amscot would act in such a way. What a way to stand out in our small town.

I stopped in today ro get a money order. The young lady at the window greeted me with a very cheerful hello and a smile. She offered further assistance, which I did not need at this time. She was a shining example of great customer service.

I sent my boyfriend in to get me two money orders because I Could not walk due to back problems they would not sell him the money orders stating that he had had a check that had come back that was from a previous employer that he cashed so I had to get out and walk in in a great deal of pain to get my money orders when I got in there they wouldn’t sell them to me. I pleaded with them because I was having such a bad time and being in so much pain with my back they refused to sell them to me I explain to them that I sent him in to get them for me but they still would not do it.

Went in for a money order, they asked what it was for. Something that wasn’t asked before and when we told them it wasn’t their business they refused service. They were rude and unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could

their customer service is good, they give you tootsie rolls as soon as you come to a window but there is no numbering system, so if you go there on a Friday that's the first of the month, people will be jumping in front of you and the associates don't have a clue on who was there first so they just serve whoever is in front of them. they need more organisation

I got a copy here…one piece of paper and they charged me $3.40 this should be illegal to price gouge this way. Amscot should be ashamed of themselves.
