I really don't know why they have low rating. In my case, I needed money and there were them. I could pay my rent thanks to them. They even help you when you can't repay and do not report to the credit. People sometimes don't appreciate help and are ungrateful. Ask yourself where would you be if they weren't here when you need them. They lend us money, it is normal we have to repay. Customer service has been always five stars. So once again I don't know why they have low rating. Customers are just ungrateful.

Very unprofessional , very rude the way of treating a customer. I will never do any type of transaction there again. The name of the guy is Dario. I don’t understand how can Amscot have that type of employee. My wife was there last week and she had complained to me about the same guy. Don’t recommend this Amscot.

Had a very rude, unpleasant assistant. No greeting and refused to answer basic questions about knowledge she should know about. I went into another Amscot just to prove how disrespectful she was and blatantly lied to me. She acted like she couldn't read my handwriting (the numbers) she works with numbers all day. Huff and puffed the entire time and thought the whole process was humorous. She was African-American with twistee's right to her shoulder, larger lips, small eye. No names tag otherwise I would've had described her appearance less. I have NEVER been treated so rudely at any Amscott in my life.

Faxed over documents to a law office 21 pages worth. The law office never recovered the 21 pages they only received 8 of 21. The cost to fax was completely overpriced ($25) and Amscot corporate office would not refund the partial amount, I was willing to pay for the 8 pages the law office said and showed they received. A complete waste of time and money. I ened up taking the time sensitive papers to the law office in person, so a waste of gas too. I would not recommend faxing anything with Amscot!

Very disappointed I felt like an inconvenience when I provided the required documents I brought my ID my bank statement and my recent paystub. Then the rep yajaira asked if I had another paystub I told her this is the most recent paystub I get paid weekly and I have been working for my employer for 15 years why do I need proof of another paystub when the one I brought in was the recent one. Very upset

Went in with my daughter and they took great care of her. I did a transaction at another store and regretted not coming to this store. 😒 I called this store for information and was treated better over the phone with them than when I was at the other store. Wonderful people. Thanks …
