I would give a zero if possible. I will be contacting the BBB with this complaint as well as Truist Corporate because I believe I was treated super unfair this afternoon.
Long story short I went to this location to withdraw $10,000.
I was told by Amy (Teller) that they did not have this amount. The Manager at the bank Brad Nova did not come out to address the situation he told Amy to tell me to go elsewhere.
First off as a manager he should have come out and address me himself. Apparently he does not have what men have to come out and tell me himself.
If they did not have that amount! Which I find odd a bank does not have $10,000,
The could have offered a less amount and maybe be helpful and contact a close location for the rest.
Instead I was told to go elsewhere.
This makes me feel that this has to do with me being a Hispanic male. Maybe a racial thing!
Because I can not explain the professionalism of these two employees. I’m in utter disgust with how I was treated by Amy and Brad.
I’m a new customer, I received a settlement from Dan Newlin the check was from Truist and I thought we’ll let me just open an account here and see how it goes.
Well I can promise I will be closing this account immediately I refuse to business with racist.
I’m sure another bank will gladly hold my money.
I will be posting my experience everywhere for people to be aware of what Truist stands for.
I will tell co-workers friends or friends. Customers , Family and so on.
I hope corporate realizes what disrespect happened at their HOMOSASSA Location!!!!!!

Only bank I ever used that want answer the phone. Not good when a customer needs help or assistance. Tried calling three different numbers and received no answer. That is a shame.

We recently sold our home in ohio ,due to error from title company check was no good ,so then title company did a wire transfer to sun trust ,this should have solved our problem but somehow sun trust has bungled the transaction to the point of not putting proper amounts of money in our accounts and removing money we
started with to begin our account we are still waiting over a week to get this straightened out and it has become very aggravating to have this much problem with simple transactions.we hope to get this resolved before legal action is needed as none of this was our fault. Finally got problem solved thanks to Brad Novak ,Manager who took the time to work it out !! Thank you Brad

Charge me for signed over checks, hidden charges and fees my account balance shifts and changes grows and falls with out explanation, money goes missing constantly without spending anything or maintenance fees. Over all not a good experience with SunTrust. Was good 5 years ago. People who work there are usually good but SunTrust it's self is terrible the app allows you to cash signed over checks free the banks don't though. Cost more money than it's worth. Thanks to the change, I'm making a change to in what bank I have my accounts with.

Awful. I simply attempted to deposit $40 into my girlfriend's account while she was out of town and they claimed she absolutely has to be there to deposit any funds into the account even though I had the account and routing number. Lousy. Not helpful at all. I'm extremely disappointed with that service. Not ever in my life have I heard anything like that.

Very mean and horrible tellers. I’m so glad I don’t have an account with this company and I never will with people like Alexia Schichilone working for you. When I cashed a check for $3000.00 and I noticed her counting out all $20 bills I asked for $100 instead as soon as she started counting. I then asked again thinking she didn’t hear me. She looked up with a very disturbed look and said “”NO”! I will never suggest to anybody to use this bank. Stay away from sugar mill woods Truist.

Slow extremely far none of these local branches have any pep in their steps. I hate going here. Only reason I have to is for my company I thank God everyday I am not a customer
