Amazing! They have been so helpful with me and my family. I've been a member for about 4 years and I love it! I truly appreciate everything she did and the great communication we kept throughout the whole process!

My experience at the Deland branch was second to none! Ashley H. Was very helpful and informative I left feeling informed and comfortable after going through my accounts step-by-step and helping me create a plan to keep on track. I will not go to anyone else with questions or concerns about my account. 10/10 will recommend FCU to a friend! Hands down awesome thanks again!

Ashley is such a professional, and very good at getting the answers needed. I’ve gotten a couple loans there and plan on doing much more business there with the exceptional interest rates. A few months ago I bought a brand new 3500 Ram and the look on their faces was priceless when I handed them $87,000. The interest rate the offered wasn’t even close to FCU. I can’t wait until you guys move closer to the beachside

Ashley Hooper is not only professional, polished & knowledgeable but she is also personable and very refreshing to speak with! She is NOT "Bare Minimum" when it comes to her clients/customers.
Her Customer Service is beyond superior and FCU should recognize what an Asset Ashley Hooper is to their establishment!!

I received terrible customer service from Florida Credit Union. I provided proof of insurance on the day of purchase and months later find out I’m being charged an additional payment for insurance and had over $1200 added to my loan balance for insurance. I called in and was transferred around and given the run around and told I couldn’t forward the original email for proof that documentation was provided. I was given the number for allied and told to take care of it myself. This company never answers the phone and provides terrible customer service.

In an era where it is hard to find great, personalized service, my family and I could not be happier with how we are treated by branch manager, Brian Leatherman in DeLand. He has always gone above and beyond. We keep our personal and business checking and accounts and an account for outr teenager at FLCU. We also have an auto loan, a home equity line we used for our pool, and a business line of credit for inventory season. We are able to manage it all on one app and if we ever have an issue, Brian helps us take care of it.

My son has an account there. From the day he opened the account they were rude. My son is now in a hospital. His account is overdrawing and I'm trying to keep it from racking up insufficient fund fees. I have power of attorney but they are putting me off saying they have to submit it right their attorneys which can take up to 2 weeks and they don't let you know. Great way to make money and I'm recently widowed. They do not care about their members.
