Seriously waiting on hold to speak to a Customer Rep 45-60 minutes are you SERIOUS hire more people, I don't have 45-60 minutes of my life to wait on hold, then I tried calling the local branch in DADE CITY another joke no one answers the phone just rings and rings, but what can you expect with ONE in the Drive Thru and Counter for inside customers and I think a Manager WOW REALLY? How disappointing to have this kind of service from such a large bank, Not convenient anymore maybe it's time to find another bank that can provide full service less than an 60 min of hold time...RIDICULOUS!!!! Get it together TRUIST you're not the only banking institution in Dade City..):

BEWARE OF CALLING THE NUMBER LISTED. This branch is having all of their phone calls transferred to my mothers personal cell phone and they refuse to fix it!!! Not only do we have ZERO affiliation with Suntrust (Truist) but they are allowing their members to leave voicemails with all of their personal information. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER LISTED.

I would not recommend coming here for a loan or anything else. I wanted to apply for a small loan and the lady that sit at the first cubical was the one who took care of me. Instead of hear hearing me and acknowledging what I wanted to apply for she went over other loans that didn’t suit my needs. She then applied for what she wanted instead of what I needed and asked for since the beginning a SMALL LOAN. Called multiple time to check the status and it was a back and fourth with the phone calls. At the end of the day I ended up with no loan my credit pulled, no answers, my credit scope lowers with a hard inquiry and still with no answer. Do not come here worst experience ever.

T. the Manager is arrogant biased. Good luck if you're not part of her group. Banning all businesses that use this bank. Beginning w/ Withlacoochee Electric, J. Browne car dealerships, etc. etc.

Have made deposits in the lobby multiple times with very little wait. Tyler has been very helpful with my accounts and applying for a secured credit card. Walk-up ATM rarely has any wait at all.
