I closed my accounts with this bank. I was overcharged by a car rental agency. I filled out the required paperwork, sent and or emailed documents to their "dispute" company. HORRIBLE experience trying to get my money back, over $800, which I never did.
The branch in Crestview has an employee named Michelle who is rude and condescending to customers. I experienced her poor customer service skills twice and decided to never do businesses with them again. I will also NEVER recommend anyone to use this financial institution.

I recently became a member of AACFCU while shopping around for a financial institution that would finance a boat (the one in the picture) for me. AACFCU was willing to lend on an older boat than the credit union that I usually do business with. AACFCU offered me an extremely competitive rate on a boat that nobody else was willing to loan on.
The branch manager here in Crestview, Candace, was great to work with. She was very responsive to my constant barrage of phone calls and e-mails and never seemed to get annoyed with the process.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new financial institution to visit AACFCU, they are eager to do business with you!

AICU fraudulently signed me up for cpi , and now am getting multiple differing answers on the amount and when my refund will process after the branch manager spoke to me and told me 1800, now their customer service is trying to tell me the amount is 1200.
Now to top it off their 850 number leads to a call center not their actual location.

Terrible service....this is surprising since this financial institution is head quartered in Alabama the very home of "Southern Hospitality".

Extremely happy as a new member to my All In in Crestview. Everyone I’ve interacted with so far has been great. But I’d like to especially point out Ms Brittany Brunson for taking great care of me getting started with All In. In only just two in-person meetings and the rest in remote communication, I’ve never had this sort of care and attention at a banking institution. Ever. Like, I’m a nobody… but after this kind of service, I feel like a somebody. But it’s not like that sort of fake service feeling you might get at most other places. She’s just super professional. To put it simply, she just literally gets IT done (for lack of a better word, to be honest), but does it in a way where you feel like you were a family member and she’s simply helping family out. Like you could literally throw anything at her and she knows the answers and offers to knock it out before you even think about it. Overall, I’m really, really grateful and appreciative of the service. And on top of it all, I really like the offerings available with this credit union. I’m so unexpectedly happy I decided to bank here!
