I went in trying to make an account and the ladies in there were being so rude, all of them but one treated me with kindness and that is ridiculous!!! In the middle of speaking to the nice employee, some snobby lady at the front desk budded in and started being so rude for no reason, and the manager was just as ugly. I do not recommend banking here for the bad customer service and rude staff.

Tish, the branch manager I believe, is a Godsend. I had called the Clewiston Branch because the seacoast customer service line was useless in lifting a hold on a check I had deposited on the mobile app days before. There was no reason for this hold. I was stressed to the max, so I was NOT an easy person to interact with....
But Tish was objective, pragmatic, and efficient. Shes the kind of girl you want on your side when Covid renders you broke, and you have to navigate a tricky situation with a stranger over the telly rather than in person.
Not only did I walk away feeling like I had made a friend on the inside, but I no longer have to change banks because of it.
Seacoast is lucky to have her. Give that girl a raise!

From opening a personal account to opening a business account and finding the most affordable checks to just answering the phone to answer a few questions... This is the first time banking with them and I give them 5 stars, although I wish they had a drive thru but it's nothing a few extra steps can't handle.

Much of my issues with Seacoast Bank was the rude behavior of Vice Presidents Philip Fitzpatrick, Gary Albert, and Marc Heraux. However, the appearance of a vaguely described $ 150 charge on my loan statements made me feel that the bank was playing games with me. The bank refused to change the statements to be more specific. Seacoast Bank said the $ 150 was a loan principal payment, but their statement called it a "charge".

App is slow at best , most attempts to access it hold you in perpetual limbo only to find it's unable, have a question and you get in a loop series with no outcome, tearable experience

Attempted to open an account. Was denied because my driver's license was "invalid". Checked with the DMV and nothing is wrong? Don't think the clerk knew how to imput data.
