Even though I have not any issues with the staff at my local branch facility, anything associated with online access is a disaster.
The bank staff has been very professional and accommodating, however, every time I attempt to login in to my account, I receive an error message preventing me from logging in. No problems with my accounts at other banks, only with First Horizon have I had an issue.
Decided to close my accounts and go elsewhere.

If I could leave a zero star review for this bank I would. I have had the most horrific experiences with this bank since the acquisition. Now I have been a long standing member of the OLD Capital Bank which offered great service. Since the merger it has gone steadily downhill for me. My information did not go over to their new system correctly which was a nightmare for me as I could not verify myself even tho the error was theirs, they mailed a replacement card to an old address that I had moved from years ago, I have been unable to repin a card on my account. My latest issue came about when they introduced Zelle. I needed to do a deposit to cover a transaction quickly so I used it. BIG MISTAKE!!! I got emails saying that funds were received but upon checking it was not in my account even tho it said payment received!! I called them and they looked into it, turns out it was THEIR issue. I have been charged Overdraft fees and STILL THREE DAYS LATER the funds have NOT been placed into my account which now puts other scheduled transactions at risk! I have been so frustrated with this bank as it seems that my few pennies that I put there every pay day has no value to them!

We have been a long time customer of the bank, as i was concerned about the merger the bank staff reassured us that everything would be the same as before. All the staff is extremely helpful. Today we called Harmony on a charge we were unsure of and within 15 mins i had a call back with all the info needed. I love that when walking in or even in the drive thru they know our names immediately and treat us like family. Thanks

I just wanted to let it known that I have been with this bank for several years. I recently moved from Bonita Springs but still call with any questions or issues. The staff is great very willing to help. Your not told to call a 800 number to talk to an automated system. I feel that old school customer service is still needed at times.
Best of all there is not a fee to speak to a teller or representatives

My wife and I opened accounts in April 2019 and love the bank. Great people and as with most mergers, there are problems. The rates after the merger are low except savings.
