Oct. 30. 2020- Could not get through by telephone for hours so we went over. During this pandemic my husband also is in renal kidney failure. All we wanted was a piece of paper-a fax from an Attorney in the state. One woman employee told me they could not fax it back. So OK. The tone she used with us was like we were 5 years old instead of 67. She had me so upset after we left that I made a mistake on it and had the Attorney fax it again. She this time scolded/reprimanded me LOUDLY across the drive-thru speaker in which another customer could hear her. This was a ONE time emergency. Never asked this bank for anything ever before. Have been waiting for upper management phone call. NO KINDNESS HERE at this branch. (Crum-Carini)
